Dr Laura Cuddy is a Consultant Dermatologist originally from Northern Ireland. She graduated from the University of Liverpool Medical school in 2008. She completed her specialist dermatology training in Manchester in 2017. She subsequently undertook two specialist fellowships, including a four-month Training Interface Group (TIG) Fellowship in the Advanced Use of Cutaneous Lasers in Swansea. She then completed a one-year Post-CCT Fellowship in Advanced Dermatological Surgery, including Mohs Micrographic Surgery, at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff in 2018.

Dr Cuddy works as an NHS Consultant Dermatologist and is the Surgical Lead for Dermatology at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. She has a particular interest in dermatological surgery and is actively involved in teaching and training of dermatology trainees in skin surgery. She diagnoses and treats a wide range of skin conditions including eczema, psoriasis, acne, as well as skin lesions and skin cancer. She particularly enjoys working with patients to understand their concerns and develop personalised treatment plans tailored to their needs.
